Manchester United have been drawn against Bayern Munich for the Champions League quarter-final.
Manchester United go into this quarter-final with absolutely no expectancy and that makes us a dangerous side to face.
Don’t forget that in the 1999 final, there were Munich colours on the trophy before we turned it around in the last few minutes. We’ve done it before.
At Old Trafford this week, United turned the screw and were fantastic. Sure, it was against an average Olympiacos side but United have been very poor against plenty of average sides this season, so there are certainly big performances in this team.
Last year, United were the better team against Real Madrid over two legs but were robbed thanks to a refereeing decision – anything can happen in football. We’re underdogs but sometimes that can be an advantage.
The first leg of the tie will play be played on April 1/2 at Old Trafford and the return leg will be the following week on April 8/9.
