Klopp: United is a wonderful club but I don’t want the job

Jurgen Klopp has ruled himself out of the running for the Manchester United job after insisting that his bond with Borussia dortmund is unbreakable.

The 46-year-old was who many United fans wanted to get the job last year before David Moyes was appointed and that position hasn’t changed.

However, Klopp wants to remain loyal to Dortmund despite calling United a great club.

“Manchester United is a great club and I feel very familiar with their wonderful fans,” he said.

“But my commitment to Borussia Dortmund and the people is not breakable.”

There’s no two ways about it this season, United have to go out and get whatever manager they want. We can’t settle for second best because there is no room for error with Moyes’ replacement.

It was a wrecking ball of a season which is going to take years to repair and we must make sure the right man is appointed to take us forward from now on.
