Will Keane was in inspirational form for Manchester United’s U21s on Monday night and scored a contender for Goal of the Season with a glorious chip.
The 23-year-old danced through two defenders on the edge of the box with some neat footwork before spotting the goalkeeper off the line and dinking a beautiful chip into the corner which gave him no chance.
It was a precision finish of the highest calibre and one which the on-looking Wayne Rooney would have been proud of scoring himself. Take a look:

That’s ten goals in Keane’s last 6 appearances for the U21s and Louis van Gaal was in the crowd watching, so Keane will be hoping for a place on the bench with the first-team soon.
