Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho will meet with Sir Alex Ferguson this summer ahead of the upcoming season, according to reports.
Mourinho is currently on holiday in the Maldives as the majority of his players compete at Euro 2016.
But the Portuguese will return a week early to meet with Man United legend and former manager Ferguson to discuss how the club will return to the top.
Mourinho is also planning to oversee the dismantling of several cameras that were installed at United’s Carrington training ground by previous boss Louis van Gaal. The Dutchman had wanted to monitor the progress of his players but Mourinho has deemed them too intrusive.
Ferguson is a behemoth of both United and world football and Mourinho would be wise to tap into his wisdom.
United cannot afford another season of mediocrity and Mourinho will be keen to hit the ground running when the new Premier League season comes along.
He has wasted no time in terms of working on transfers, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic recently joining Eric Bailly as a new arrival at Old Trafford.
