Manchester United completed some major signings for the academy system this week by bringing in ten new scholars to the club including highly rated French youngster Aliou Badara Traore.
For some time, the former PSG academy midfielder has been linked with Man United and last week reports suggested the deal had been completed.
Now, that has officially happened and Traore has been pictured signing his scholarship contract with a big grin on his face. Welcome to the club Aliou.

As we previously reported, Aliou will join United initially on a one-year scholarship contract which will be superseded by a three-year professional contract once he has turned 17, so long as he has impressed enough to earn it.
Axel Tuanzebe, Timothy Fosu-Mensah, Marcus Rashford and Angel Gomes are four recent examples of players who have worked their way through our academy system to play first-team football for United. Some are established and others are working their way into Jose Mourinho’s squad but all have experienced how good United’s famous academy system is.
Traore will join the other nine new recruits which gives U18s coach Kieran McKenna a much deeper squad to play with next season and we’re looking forward to seeing how Aliou gets on.
