Manchester United winger Adnan Januzaj has completed a move to Spanish side Real Sociedad on a … deal.
Januzaj, 22, joins for a fee in the region of £9.8m and becomes the first major transfer out of Man United this summer by Jose Mourinho but is unlikely to be the last.

After loan spells at Borussia Dortmund and Sunderland under two different United managers in Louis van Gaal and Mourinho, Januzaj will now ply his trade in La Liga on a permanent basis with a fresh start at Real Sociedad.
Andreas Pereira‘s successful year at Granada last season in La Liga will give real hope to Januzaj that he can shine out in Spain and given that United have a buy-back clause in the contract, we will be hoping he can fulfil on that brilliant potential he has to become a wonderful player and return to United in the future.
Januzaj was once known as the boy who can do anything and United fans couldn’t wait to tell you about him. Unfortunately – through a mix of circumstances, trust from managers and a lack of application from Januzaj himself – he’s now missed out on his opportunity to become part of the first-team at United.
I want to wish Januzaj the best of luck with Real Sociedad. We will certainly be following his progress to see how he gets on there and fingers crossed in the future we may well see him come back to the club as a man having left this summer still as a boy.
