Manchester United fans have been left delighted with Marcus Rashford‘s performance against Leicester City.
Jose Mourinho introduced him to try and open up the game as the side had struggled to break down Craig Shakespeare’s men, with Romelu Lukaku also missing a penalty previously.
He had an instant impact, as he finished Henrikh Mkhitaryan’s cross from out wide as he was left unmarked in the middle of the area, placing his shot past Schmeichel for the opening goal of the game.
Here’s what supporters on social media had to say about his performance.
The Boy!!! Get in Rashford!

He started United’s first two games as a left winger but was left out as Anthony Martial hoped to make his mark at Old Trafford, however, he has done well to show he still merits a place in the starting line-up.
Rashford saved the day for United, helping us earn a full three points from a game which looked disappointing as the side missed the finishing product after dominating the game.
He’ll be hoping to start again next week and hopes are he can continue his good form as he showcases why he’s regarded so highly.
