Manchester United fans were split in their opinion on Marcus Rashford‘s performance vs Watford in the final fixture of the Premier League season.
The Englishman was the sole goalscorer in the clash but still managed to divide opinion as he put in a mixed bag of a display.
Laid on a plate for him from Juan Mata, Rashford’s goal saw him become nominated for the Man of the Match award despite struggling at times.
His excellent movement and pace were on show once more but his poor decision making frustrated some fans who thought he could have better end product.
Still at the young age of 20, Marcus is often criticised as the final product and there’s still plenty of time for him to improve.
Marcus Rashford has been directly involved in 21 goals this season; Romelu Lukaku (36) is the only Man Utd player with more. 13 goals ⚽️ + 8 assists 🅰️.

Really hope Lukaku is fit for the final. Rashford’s decision-making when he’s got the ball is diabolical at times. Runs straight at the defender and realised he can’t do anything and just runs wide abandoning all momentum. #mufc

Again…a moment when Rashford gets an opportunity to cross with his left..picks wrong decision and fakes again..gets crowded out..
..what is up with this? Who's telling him to be so brain dead in dangerous positions?

People need to get off Rashford's back. He's 20 years of age. Give him time.

It's so good to see Rashford score again!

Rashford's best season in terms of goal involvement at #mufc has come under Jose Mourinho (13g + 8a).
But the media won't print that. 🌟 pic.twitter.com/H8rOhEEdX1

The veteran midfielder is set to retire after the current campaign and with the FA Cup final being played at Wembley, it was the last time Old Trafford was going to see him play.
Carrick played a huge role in Rashford’s goal, playing the key pass to Mata who then squared the ball for the youngster to convert.
