Manchester United are reportedly considering making an approach for PSG star Marco Verratti after recent news indicated a move may be on.
The midfielder has often been linked with a move to Old Trafford but this is perhaps as close as it gets to happening.
Verratti will be playing under the French champions new manager Thomas Tuchel who has apparently already upset his star.
The former Dortmund man told the talented player to lose weight which hasn’t gone down well with him if rumours are to be believed.
Whatever it is that is happening, United could certainly take advantage of a chaotic situation and sign a top star.
According to Sport Witness, Calcio Mercato report that the Italian’s agent Mino Raiola is offering him to several European clubs with the Red Devils said to be considering the option.
Marouane Fellaini‘s expected departure on a free means Jose Mourinho will have to sign another midfielder to replace him.
Though Shakhtar Donetsk’s Fred has been signed, he is expected to replace the loss of Manchester United icon Michael Carrick who retired to become a part of the staff.
Verratti would certainly add talent to United’s starting XI and it’s a move that Mourinho may be too tempted to ignore.
