Manchester United’s Timothy Fosu-Mensah to be sent on loan: report

Manchester United star Timothy Fosu-Mensah has had his future revealed after reports emerged of him going to be sent out on loan.

Following the youngster’s return from his Crystal Palace spell there were always going to be doubts over whether he’ll remain at the club or not this season.

There were hopes amongst some fans that Fosu-Mensah would be a part of the squad for the upcoming campaign but it appears Jose Mourinho thinks otherwise.

Despite his versatility, impressive loan spell and decent pre-season tour, it appears it wasn’t enough to convince the Portuguese manager to hold on to him.

Perhaps Mourinho feels his squad is well stocked in the areas the talented youngster can play in and it may be in the best interest of both parties for a loan spell to happen.

According to Manchester Evening News, Sky Germany report the Red Devils are willing to allow Timothy to join Hertha Berlin on loan for the upcoming season.

At right-back Jose has Diogo Dalot and Antonio Valencia while at centre-back he has the likes of Marcos Rojo, Phil Jones, Chris Smalling, Victor Lindelof and Eric Bailly.

In central midfield there is Nemanja Matic, Paul Pogba, Fred, Marouane Fellaini, Ander Herrera, Scott McTominay and now maybe even Andreas Pereira.
