Manchester United fans were certainly delighted with Romelu Lukaku’s performance in the clash against Burnley on Sunday afternoon.
The Belgian was in fine form for the club after being scrutinised for his crucial miss against Tottenham last weekend.
Lukaku though grabbed a brace before half-time against the home team to put United in a comfortable position.
Jose Mourinho’s men had a more complete performance and saw their efforts rewarded in comparison to last week’s match.
If the Red Devils are to have any hope of climbing up the table, they will definitely need Romelu to keep scoring.
Romelu Lukaku has now equalled Didier Drogba's PL goal tally (104). He's only 25 years old.

Romelu Lukaku has scored the same amount of goals as Drogba in the Premier League. Just 25 years of age 👏🏾⚽️ #mufc

Great to see Lukaku on the scoresheet with two goals. Don’t underestimate Shaw and Sánchez’s involvement in that move. Both playing with great intensity.

Yesss!! Lovely football to create the opening for Lingard. Lukaku swallows up the ricochet. Well deserved. We’ve dominated this.

Manchester United don’t really have too many goalscoring players other than Lukaku so his goals are always important to the side.
However, that isn’t often the case with Romelu heavily relied on to finish off the moves created by teammates.
Hopefully the aforementioned players can help the former Everton man and in turn help United put more teams to the sword to climb up the league table.
