Manchester United star Anthony Martial has reacted to the win over Young Boys, sending fans a heartfelt message on social media.
The Frenchman started the Champions League opener and did not disappoint expecting supporters.
Alexis Sanchez was the man who made way for Martial but it’s safe to say United didn’t miss him.
The former AS Monaco man grabbed the club’s third goal of the night in the 3-0 victory, making a case for Jose Mourinho to start him in the next fixture.
Anthony was also spotted thanking the away fans and was the last Red Devils’ player to leave the pitch.

Though there have been doubts over his future due to his agent’s comments, Martial celebrated his goal by tapping the Manchester United badge.
Of course that’s hardly the actions of a player on his way out of the club but fans won’t rest easy until his new contract is signed and sealed.
Perhaps Anthony can take advantage of Marcus Rashford‘s suspension in the Premier League and attempt to win himself a consistent spot in the starting XI.
Sanchez hasn’t set the league alight so far so there’s also room for the 22 year old to take over there if he truly tried.
