Manchester United have reportedly banned their ambassadors from criticising Jose Mourinho in their latest efforts to improve the situation so far.
The Portuguese boss has had plenty of rumours surrounding his job with him being made the favourite to be sacked first in the Premier League.
United are now nine points off from top spot after their poor start to the season that saw them lose to the likes of West Ham, Tottenham and Brighton.
Mourinho has quickly been criticised for his style of play but recent fixtures against Chelsea and Newcastle have seen him slowly win back the fans and even the players.
There is still enough time to turn things around but he’ll have to do so quickly considering the pressure on his shoulders.
According to Sports Mole, the Mirror reports that the Red Devils’ match day ambassadors have been banned from criticising the players or Jose unless it’s constructive in order to limit the negativity surrounding the club.
It does make sense for the board to attempt to protect their club a little considering how much the media eats up what the former players say.
However, it does feel like it’s a bit of a dictatorship kind of move that won’t go down well with those who celebrate free speech.
