Manchester United star Paul Pogba has laughed off his penalty miss against Everton, responding in fantastic fashion to those that criticise him.
The Frenchman who appears responsible for the club’s penalty taking duties has missed two of his last two efforts from the penalty spot.
The midfielder started the clash against the Toffees and managed to get himself on the scoresheet after attacking his own rebound to spare his own blushes.
Pogba took the penalty in his usual notoriously slow manner which has been criticised in the past and Jordan Pickford saved it.
Thankfully the ball fell to the former Juventus man’s feet and he managed to open the scoring for United.
Luke Shaw had also poked fun at Paul’s style of taking penalties and started off a hashtag campaign #ThingsYouCanDoDuringPogbasPenaltyRunUp which left fans rolling in their feet.
The Englishman referred to renewing his contract after turning his career around as something that could be done before the academy product could make contact.
As can be seen above, Pogba makes light work of it and joins in on the fun but after the match against Everton he was more serious with his response.
The dazzling midfielder stated he may alter his penalty taking style since goalkeepers seem to have caught on to what he’s doing.
