Manchester United star Luke Shaw has revealed the main difference between Jose Mourinho and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, claiming the later is positive.
The Norwegian took over from the former as caretaker manager and has around five to six months to make a lasting impact.
Solskjaer hasn’t made his desire to remain permanently a secret and is hoping to win over the hearts of the fans as well as the board.
Shaw kicked off his time with Mourinho on the wrong foot but managed to thrive towards the end, even earning a new contract for the foreseeable future.
Ole will probably continue to rely on the Englishman and supporters have responded to his attacking style already.
Shaw: "You can see from the outside how much he (Ole) has changed things in such a short space of time. He’s a really positive manager, he knows what the club needs and also what the fans want in the way we’re playing. He's bringing that attacking, quick play back.” #mufc [Sky]

Plenty of the players also seemed to be pleased with how the former Molde manager has handled things so far with even former Jose favourite Nemanja Matic complimenting the new boss.
United are yet to be truly tested in Solskjaer’s reign and the character of the squad will be revealed then.
Hopefully the club legend can keep up the winning run so that the Red Devils can squeeze into the top four.
Whether it’s Ole or another manager in the summer, Champions League football will be crucial for the next season.
