Wolverhampton Wanderers vs Manchester United: Confirmed starting XI

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is able to call on his

favoured front six for the first time since February 12 for Manchester United’s FA Cup quarter-final meeting with Wolverhampton Wanderers this evening.

Nemanja Matic, Ander Herrera, Paul Pogba, Jesse Lingard, Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford – who formed the bedrock for Solskjaer’s superb start as manager – all start the game.

Herrera and Lingard return to the side for the first time since both went off with injuries during the 0-0 draw with Liverpool. Paul Pogba, notably, captains the side, just a few months after Jose Mourinho told him he’d never captain Man United again.

Here is the full starting XI and bench for this FA Cup clash with Nuno Espirito Santo’s side.
