Manchester United legend Roy Keane was at his typical ruthless best as a pundit for the Manchester derby, unleashing a furious attack on the players after the 2-0 loss.
Manchester City have won once again at Old Trafford and although Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men improved from their loss to Everton, they never truly dominated the fixture.
There were some half chances for United but unfortunately no one was clinical enough with Jesse Lingard arguably missing the best of them.
Defensively City were there for the taking had Solskjaer’s stars had more quality but unfortunately the gulf in class was apparent.
While the first half was a little close, the second half proved the difference with Pep Guardiola’s men stepping up a gear and leaving the Red Devils’ behind.
Roy Keane: “I reckon the City players couldn’t believe how easy it was tonight.” #mulive

Keane might’ve been exaggerating a little there but the difference in quality between the two sides was obvious.
Ole’s certainly got his hands full and this summer will prove crucial in Manchester United’s efforts to be taken seriously once again.
A genuine title challenge might be out of reach for the next season but should they invest smartly, they could see the fruits of their labour the season after.
Either way, Manchester United must now turn their attention towards Chelsea if they still want to somehow secure a top four spot.
