Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has reportedly decided to sell Anthony Martial, potentially sparking an uproar amongst the club’s supporters.
The Frenchman is highly regarded by fans despite his poor form of late but it appears that might not be enough to save him.
United are said to be planning a summer overhaul with Solskjaer keen on getting rid of players who don’t have the right mentality to feature regularly at Old Trafford.
Martial has proven to be a decent signing since arriving as a 19 year old but there’s always the feeling that he could be doing more.
The former AS Monaco man has also been accused of not being consistent enough so perhaps his manager is eager to look elsewhere.
According to the Sun, Ole is sick of Anthony’s poor attitude in training and so is set to listen to offers for him in what is set to be a whirlwind of a summer.
The youngster clashed with previous manager Jose Mourinho as well but eventually the Portuguese was complimentary of him.
Many believe Martial is one of the more clinical finishers in the squad so selling him could prove to be a poor decision.
Hopefully Solskjaer will give the winger a chance to prove himself properly over the course of a season.
