Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has reportedly attempted one last trick in order to try and get his main target in Manchester United’s Paul Pogba.
The midfielder’s future has looked uncertain of late despite Jose Mourinho’s departure late last year.
Under the Portuguese it made sense for the former Juventus man’s future to be in doubt due to their public clashes but now his situation is uncertain for a different reason.
Some reports claim it’s due to Pogba’s desire to win trophies but the player himself has admitted to how appealing playing under Zidane in a white shirt is for him.
It will certainly be a long summer for United fans and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will have to prepare for a potential departure of one of his key stars.
According to North Wales Live, AS reports that Zinedine has issued Paul an ultimatum- to move to Real now or never in a bid to win him over.
If true, it makes sense for the manager to attempt this tactic since this summer is the likeliest time in the Red Devils’ star’s career for a move away.
With Pogba now 26 years old, it’s likely he only has one last major move left in him and with Manchester United only qualifying for the Europa League this season, what better time to push for a transfer away?
