Manchester United are reportedly edging nearer to sealing a move for Crystal Palace’s Aaron Wan-Bissaka with fans hoping that is the end of the transfer saga.
The Englishman is said to be a priority target of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s yet negotiations have been ongoing all summer long.
The youngster will certainly improve United’s defence but it’s clear to see Palace are holding out for as much money as possible.
Wan-Bissaka is believed to be keen on the move but the London club are under no pressure to sell as they’re in the driving seat in regards to his contract.
Solskjaer will have to show he means business to conclude a deal for the full-back but it seems as though he’s close.
According to the Daily Mail, extensive negotiations between the two sides on Friday went positively with a fee of around £42.5m plus add-ons edging closer Aaron’s transfer to the Red Devils.
Although some fans feel the fee is worth it because of the 21 year old’s limitless potential, there’s no guarantee he will progress as expected.
There’s also a need to point out that Wan-Bissaka isn’t an experienced professional who has proven himself at the highest level so Palace’s asking price is far over value.
