Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants Bruno Fernandes deal concluded quickly

by Marwan Harraz

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is reportedly in a hurry to conclude Bruno Fernandes’ transfer despite Aaron Wan-Bissaka not being officially announced just yet.

The Englishman is believed to be penned in for a medical this week and given how he was the priority signing, it made sense why he was being focussed on.

It seems the Norwegian boss feels Wan-Bissaka is now wrapped up and so is turning his attentions to his next target.

With pre-season beginning soon, Solskjaer must be hoping Fernandes can be signed before the squad leaves for their tour.

However, given how long it has taken to negotiate for Aaron, it’s more likely that the transfer will take some time.

According to the Express, Record report that Ole wants the transfer to be completed swiftly amid Tottenham’s interest and with the player’s agent coming back to England to negotiate.

The London club will definitely complicate things so it makes sense to push for a quick ending to what has been one of the summer’s transfer sagas.

Bruno will certainly add quality that was otherwise lacking in Manchester United’s midfield and it was a position that needed investing in after Ander Herrera’s departure for free.
