Manchester United star Fred has been reassured by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer so long as he does this one thing, he’ll be given minutes on the pitch.
The talented Brazilian has been nowhere to be seen so far with perhaps his lack of game time during pre-season meaning he’s weeks behind in terms of fitness in comparison to his teammates.
Fred’s wedding was planned for the summer which meant he couldn’t join United initially for the tour.
However, as silly as it sounds, it was initially planned during that time due to his belief he would be on holiday after being called up to play for his country.
Unfortunately, Fred’s lack of minutes for the Red Devils last season meant he didn’t get called up by Brazil and so was meant to join his club earlier than expected.
Fred had talks with Solskjær last week and has been assured that he will get game time if continues to work hard in training. He will not be leaving #mulive [times]

Fred can be Manchester United’s solution to their inconsistent form and fans’ complaints over Jesse Lingard‘s contribution.
If the former Shakhtar Donetsk man plays alongside Scott McTominay as part of the holding pair in the 4-2-3-1 formation Solskjaer employs then it would free up Paul Pogba to play as an attacking-midfielder.
It would be a surprise if the sensational Frenchman doesn’t run rampant in a higher position and United can certainly expect to reap the rewards of that decision.
