Manchester United star Nemanja Matic is reportedly unhappy with his current situation at the club and is looking to leave as soon as possible.
The experienced Serbian has not had the same importance under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as he had with Jose Mourinho with the former preferring a partnership of Fred and Scott McTominay even with the absence of the injured Paul Pogba.
Matic has played a bit-part role so far this season and it doesn’t seem as though that will improve any time soon.
Pogba should return from injury soon and Solskjaer has opted for handing minutes to James Garner every now and then.
In fairness, the former Chelsea man is believed to be injured but the same was said about Romelu Lukaku until he was moved on.
According to Sport Witness, Matic is ‘dissatisfied’ with the amount of game time he’s gotten under Solksjaer and would rather move this winter than wait for next summer with there being very little chance he’ll remain at Old Trafford given the likes of Borussia Dortmund, AC and Inter Milan’s interest as well as Juventus.
In truth it seems this report is a little questionable given Juventus’ strength in depth as well as Dortmund with it only being arguable that the Milan clubs could be interested.
