Ole Gunnar Solskjaer sacrificing personal reputation for Manchester United’s gain

Manchester United fans will absolutely love Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s latest comments given the tendencies of his predecessors.

All of David Moyes, Louis van Gaal and Jose Mourinho were accused of having a scattergun approach in the transfer market with different kinds of players coming in with there being no real similarities between any of them.

Such a variety of players saw each manager struggle to play different kinds of players with each other as they tried to squeeze everyone into the same starting XI.

Solskjaer himself is suffering with the same issue but it’s safe to say he’s had a very clear vision of who he wants to buy in the transfer market so far with all three signings proving successes for now.

Harry Maguire, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Daniel James have all impressed and added immediate quality to the first-team much to the delight of fans.

According to Manchester Evening News, Solskjaer said: “I make every decision that I think is the best for Manchester United.”

The legendary Norwegian was responding to Gary Neville’s comments that suggested he almost has an obligation to spend in January to protect his own reputation and job.

Instead of Solskjaer agreeing and calling for signings he decided to state his long-term intentions which will definitely delight fans even though they definitely want him spending in January too.
