What does everybody make of this kid? His record this season is phenomenal for anybody let alone a 19-year-old in his debut season.

Speaking to a Norwegian journalist today about him, David Ornstein has said a source told him his father had visited Carrington and Adam Crafton reported that Solskjaer sent his top scout to look at him personally.

Plenty of noise around this...

Don't get me wrong he is an immense talent for his age, and it would be great to have depth up front to provide some competition for Martial. To be honest though, I would much prefer to get an older, more experienced striker like Lewandowski to guide our young strikers, particularly Greenwood. If the recruiting staff are efficient with their time we could go get both if we wanted to.

Would be a fantastic signing. Haaland - Greenwood - Martial - Rashford, what an amazing prospect for a strike force that could be good for over 10 years.

And he's 6'4 which is madness given how mobile he is. A completely different sort of striker...a bit like Ibrahimovic with pace in his style.

In my dream line up, we have Rashford, Martial, James for the League games, they got chemistry building up now.
But we also sign not only Haaland, and Mandzukic as well for the front line. We play them both along with Greenwood for Cup games. Mandzukic serves as a teacher for them both, and gets some good goals in too.

AND we also sign two midfielders.
Am I dreaming too big? :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Think every top club in Europe will be all over him in the upcoming transfer windows, why wouldn't they be?

Gotta agree if we could snatch him in January before everyones looking for a forward in the summer it would be great for all we know his form could get even better in the last half of the season and we have another Deligt situation everyone wants him and united are only used to up his wages and increase exposure.

We hate Liverpool, Haaland probably hates Liverpool after their loss, we have a common enemy! Itโ€™s a win-win! In all seriousness, I personally would like a more experienced striker to teach our current youngsters but with that said heโ€™s an immense talent and one that cannot be missed. What I like about him too is he provides something different as a 9 to Martial, could definitely try playing him as a target man against those teams that sit back and where we need a goalmouth bully to knick a goal or two (like Lukaku). Sign him up!

Im thinking he was waiting on deciding on staying in Salzburg, or moving in the Jan window depending on how they fared vs Liverpool.
Since they lost and are now out of the Champion's League, he'll want to change to a team that will be competing in the Champion's League. We have a pretty good battle for top 4, and in Europa League, so he might want to take part of that project.

If the โ‚ฌ20m buyout clause really exists we surely have to be in for this lad. Ole will know him really well so if he rates him we absolutely have to go for it.
