I would like to see Rashford as a 10 before I pass any judgement on this lineup. I dont consider him to be a great dribbler, but he has had some shining moments and hes not afraid of defenders.
As far as Shaw, he's only played once this season, and hasn't had a chance to build any chemistry with Maguire's defense. I'd also like him to come back and get more games in, as well as Williams to get more games in to make more solid decisions on them.
I'm not convinced by Tuanzebe, he is pretty fragile as of late. At least Lindelof can consistently be trusted not to be injured after one game.
I personally would play Pogba when fit in the number 10 role.
In a 4-2-3-1 formation, I believe pogba would be the key to unlocking defences, with rashford and james either side and Martial up top. We cant break down defences with a low block and Pogba doesn't really bring much to the team defensively, we are crying out for a creative no 10 and I believe we have one already in Pogba, just we are playing him too far back. The No.10 position would also give him more freedom which I feel his style of play requires.
I like James but I'm not keen on the 4-2-3-1 so I'd put Fred in for James, have Martial, Rashford and Greenwood interchanging in a front 3 and James coming on for the last half hour of every game against tired legs.
Interesting lineup, I like it. But personally, I don't think Rashford has the footballing IQ to be a number 10 playmaker. We've seen that with his intelligence up top. He's much better on the wing. Having said that, he's still young and doesn't mean he can't acquire those skills, they come with experience he's very talented so I'm sure he could do it if he was made to play that position
