Man United's January Transfer Rumours

THE BASTARD

Its bullshit. Its all the usual bluster from Ed Deadwood's bum chums in the press.
Leicester cant take Messi Limpdick because he's on £110 grand a week. Maddison is on £50 grand a week.
He'd have to take a £60 grand a week drop at Leicester. He's got another 3 years on his contract at United. Thats a hit of £9 million out of his pocket.

Take no notice of the click bait shite.

Not a chance Maddison will come to Utd, unfortunately. Utd board have already made a stance about paying over the odds for players in the Haaland deal. Leicester will put a crazy price tag on Maddison.
All that aside, Leicester are 2nd in the league, hunting a champ league place, have a brilliant manager, playing brilliant football. Why would he leave?
Now Jack Grealish, would be a different story
Can Grealish play in the 10? Because at Villa he's on the left

I think he can, though he has stated his preference is no.8, running from deep. Young player, who seems to have matured in the last couple of years and plays with his heart on his sleeve. Only downside, is the prick turned his back on ireland 😀
Great player though.

100% Agree, Lingard will not be sold. Bigger chances of us signing him a new contract for 0 reason. And he'll retire with us.

Also hearing that we may still be in for Sean Longstaff for 50m quid. Not even the ginger Longstaff that’s dominated us twice, it’s the tall one. I think I might actually cry.

I've heard a rumour he`s already agreed a 5 year deal and we were waiting for a good news day to announce it. Riola is just a smokescreen unless he`s after the franchise line.
as for young more bollax to boost the CEO ego by stating i got him to stay.

I need to rant.

Anyone just see Sam’s post on YouTube?? Saw the news earlier today as well in the Australian media but Ashley young supposedly offered a contract extension to fend off interest from Inter.

Now Ashley young has been a great servant for the club but when it’s time to go, it’s time to go!! I just don’t understand this from United. I need a break from this club I just can’t deal with this anymore. So much bloody incompetence and I bet you any one of you guys on here could hop into the head of recruitment’s shoes and do a better job than this absolute horror show!!

Trying to take a positive from it, I guess we need the extra fullbacks because players are dropping like flies right now, and without a doubt Young always puts a shift in and his experience is good to have. But if inter want him, just flipping give him to them!! Eugh rant over.

I think rumors are now that he denied the extension. I say let Ash go. We're actually well covered in the FB positions (in my opinion), and should be bringing in someone in all other positions.
Unless Ashley can lace up as CB, and do well, I'd rather him be offloaded, so we can use that 110k weekly wage for new players. Same goes with Lingard. His 110k wage is horrendous, and could be spent on two up and coming midfielders with better chances of scoring than him.

I'm of the opinion of: Fuck this season, sell off the rest of the deadwood, and bring in new blood. Even if it leaves us in a shitty situation (we're already in the shitt anyway)
Ole would be forced to start conceding games, in order to rest players. Or even playing the youth team instead. In protest of the lack of signings.

Obviously Lionel Messi has signed on the line, and we're just waiting to announce him.

Quick, someone make one of those compilations to welcome him into the club

Fabrizio Romano - Spurs in talks with Inter for Eriksen, Inter have offered 10m, Spurs want 20. Personally I think a missed chance for us. £20m is a steal for a player of his quality. If I were Woodward I’d enter in a bidding war, here’s 25m and he’s ours. Quality, prem proven.
On the other hand, read somewhere else that Bruno Fernandes is complete and United content team are waiting to announce later this week. Hopefully it’s true!!

If Matic is leaving, i'd take Eriksen to fill out the squad. Can you imagine having the likes of Mcterminator, Fred, Fernandes, and Eriksen as all possible first choices?
