Wilfried Zaha has been called up to the England U21s squad and has joined up with the national team for training.
The 20-year-old tricky winger showed off just why Manchester United moved quickly to secure his signature in a deal estimated to be worth £15 million including add-ons.
He’s certainly got extremely fast feet and a ferocious shot. The first goal in particular showcases what he is all about – driving between defenders with slick feet before unleashing a left footed drive.
He has been shining at Crystal Palace ever since being thrown into the spotlight at the start of January when the Manchester United rumours began picking up pace.
Given how poor our wingers have been this year, it is exciting to know that Zaha will be joining in the summer. Hopefully he can successfully help Crystal Palace into the Premier League as promotion will bring him to United with a winning mentality already instilled.
