It’s time to get the latest update from our favourite Brazilian – Bruno Gomes.
The 17-year-old striker has been very open and friendly with Manchester United fans ever since confirming he had plans to join the club when he turned 18.
His continued form back in Brazil saw the youngster win the Golden Boot with 27 goals for Desportivo but Gomes is itching for his move to United to be finalised.
Speaking with The Peoples Person, Gomes re-iterated his dream to play for Manchester United: “I want to be a red. I dream of this.
“I’m getting an Italian passport and going to the August transfer window!
“I want to go to Manchester as soon as possible.”
“He is a typical number 9, he doesn’t have fantastic technique (although isn’t inept either), but his positioning is fantastic, as is his finishing ability, and his acceleration isn’t bad either.” Paulo Freitas, Sky’s Brazilian Football Expert
The Peoples Person sat down to have an exclusive interview with him back in December and Gomes comes across as a very inviting and friendly youngster, being more than happy to interact with any United fan on Twitter.
StrettyNews sat down with Paulo Freitas, Sky’s resident Brazilian football expert, to have a chat about Bruno Gomes and it gives a great professional insight into what type of player the young striker is – check it out here.
There is expected to be developments with Gomes’ potential transfer in the next few weeks and The Peoples Person will bring you the latest news as soon as we know it.
