Ryan Giggs has scored some memorable goals for Manchester United over the years but his goal against Arsenal in 1999 will always be his best.

In extra time, down to ten men and after Schmeichel saved Bergkamp’s penalty in the 90th minute, Giggs took it into his own hands to keep the treble dreams alive.

He motored with the ball from the halfway line and danced past three Arsenal defenders before lashing in an unstoppable drive into the roof of Seaman’s net.

Pandemonium followed and a very hairy Giggs chest. What a goal.

To celebrate Ryan Giggs’ 40th birthday, we are launching our commemorative Giggs t-shirt for just £9.99 including free UK delivery.
