Dutch winger tells agent he’s interested in move to Manchester United

Memphis Depay has told his agent that he is interested in a move to Manchester United, according to Voetbal International.

They say that PSV would only be willing to sell Depay for a big fee and his agent believes €20m is a fee they would accept.

Louis van Gaal is considered to be a big fan of the winger and he had a very strong season in the Eredivisie with PSV, having scored 12 goals as well as grabbing seven assist in 35 league appearances.

The 20-year-old is more suited to the left wing but has a natural ability to cut inside which makes him a dangerous winger for defenders to face and you can check out the odds on him helping Holland to the World Cup title with Latest free bets.

Voetbal suggest several top European clubs have been following Depay’s interest but because of Van Gaal, United is his preference if he were to move away from PSV.

Depay will likely have a role to play for Van Gaal’s Holland at the World Cup, so keep an eye out if you want to see him in action.

The Peoples Person will be bringing you some background information on Depay from PSV fans and experts this week.
