Manchester United have officially unveiled a blue third kit to complete the 2014/15 collection.
The blue kit joins the new white away kit and traditional red home kit in the first season of Chevrolet’s seven-year shirt sponsorship deal and they will be the last Nike kits with Adidas set to take over shirt production from the 2015/16 season.
United’s new home and away kits were ruined only by the Chevrolet logo emblazoned on the front of it but the third blue kit is a bit, well, at least it is only the third kit.
It isn’t the first time that United have had a blue third kit but let’s just hope there won’t be many times where the kit has to be used this season.

Plenty of complaints about United’s kits this season have come because of how prominent the Chevrolet logo is on the shirt but given that they are paying £53m a year to have their name on the shirt, it’s no surprise they wanted the logo to be so big.
