There were some fantastic pictures after Manchester United beat Liverpool 3-1 to win the Guinness International Champions Cup but one in particular stood out.
All six played their role in United’s triumph in USA and it was fantastic to see all of them involved.

The Keane brothers, Lingard and Sam Johnstone were all part of that winning squad and although the rest has been decimated by departures, that’s four players who have worked their way up to winning trophies with the senior side.
It’s what United is all about. Youth is at the heart of United’s history and seeing Van Gaal immediately embrace it so openly is wonderful, something which should fill United fans with confidence that the future of our youngsters are in the right hands.
