Marcos Rojo granted Manchester United work permit

Marcos Rojo has been granted his work permit according to Fox Sports and could make his Manchester United debut against QPR next weekend.

Rojo is in Lisbon to collect his work permit and will be flying back into Manchester tonight.

The Argentinian’s work permit application had reportedly been complicated by an altercation he had with a number back in 2010 but now it looks like the issue has been resolved, which is great news for United.

Rojo will more than likely go straight into the starting XI to face QPR and will add some much needed solidarity to United’s defence which has been shaky so far this season.

Tyler Blackett and Phil Jones may have been nominated for the Player of the Month awards but mistakes in defence have cost United dearly against Swansea and MK Dons, so United fans are keen to see Rojo in action.
