Manchester United’s 4-0 win over QPR yesterday has lifted spirits amongst fans and players alike.
After a tough start to the season that saw United go without a win in their first four games including a 4-0 defeat to MK Dons, United needed a performance to inject some confidence back into the side and that came yesterday.
On the day there were lots of great performances from the likes of Angel di Maria, Juan Mata and Ander Herrera. Given how many players were making their Old Trafford debut, it made the performance all the more impressive.
Some of the players took their time to thank the fans following the win:
Great team effort by whole team and an important win to keep on improving. Amazing atmosphere at Old Trafford pic.twitter.com/QD8WpxZ8LP
