Every Manchester United fan wanted to see Angel di Maria come flying out of the blocks at Old Trafford but few would have expected him to settle down so quickly.
In three appearances, the Argentinian has scored and assisted two goals as well as creating nine more goalscoring chances.
That’s a phenomenal start since completing his big money move from Real Madrid this summer and if his early exploits are anything to go by, Di Maria will be a worthy holder of the famous No.7 shirt at United.
Take his goal against Leicester City for example. It was almost unexplainable how he managed to finish like that, but he did.
Gary Neville certainly enjoyed Di Maria’s goal.
Oh my god it's outrageous!!

Di Maria has really brought some glamour back to United. He can single handedly change games in an instant and United haven’t had that sort of player arrive since Cristiano Ronaldo left in 2009.
Robin van Persie was one of the best finishers in the world when he arrived but Di Maria has the ability to create something from absolutely nothing and that’s what makes him so exciting to watch.
