“When Johnny goes marching down the wing, O’Shea! O’Shea!
When Johnny goes marching down the wing, O’Shea! O’Shea!
When Johnny goes marching down the wing, the Stretford End are gonna sing…
“We all know that Johnny’s gonna score”
On a night where John O’Shea celebrated his 100th cap for the Republic of Ireland, the ex-Manchester United defender cropped up with a last gasp equaliser away to Germany in what was a fantastic moment for him.
Wayne Rooney was certainly happy for O’Shea:
Delighted for John oshea celebrates 100 caps with a great goal. Well done mate

O’Shea might be able to score chips against Arsenal and nutmeg Luis Figo with ease yet he hasn’t scored very often in his career, but he certainly knows how to pop up with a dramatic last minute goal…
