Sean Goss and Marcus Rashford combine to score great goal for Manchester United’s U18s

A Manchester United youth XI made up mostly of U18s beat Loughborough Students 2-0 yesterday but it was Sean Goss who had the stand-out moment of the match with a fine left footed finish.

Latching on to a smart back heel by Marcus Rashford, who has been in the headlines recently with other clubs sniffing, Goss curled a shot in off the post to give United the lead.

Goss was one of three U21s players in the squad as well as Matty Willock and Ashley Fletcher, with the latter also getting on the score sheet.

All three of Goss, Willock and Fletcher signed professional terms with United back in July this year and are now fighting their way through the U21s in order to try and grab the attention of Louis van Gaal.
