Radamel Falcao has returned to full training with Manchester United on schedule in his efforts to return to match fitness.
The Colombian has been out of action since suffering an injury during training before the Chelsea game but is now close to being available for selection.
Falcao was happy to see United secure three points against Arsenal in yesterday’s 2-1 victory but had to do so from the sidelines.
Falcao has assured fans on multiple occasions that his current injury has nothing to do with his troublesome knee following surgery on it from last season.
The 28-year-old striker hasn’t had the best of starts to his career thanks to his ongoing fitness issues but it is hoped that after a long rehabilitation thanks to the international break, Falcao has been given the opportunity to fully recover from his injury woes.
United’s next game is against Hull City this weekend and Falcao may well be back in Louis van Gaal‘s squad.
