Valdes trained once again with United this week and is now taking part in full training with United’s players amid growing speculation from the press.
The current reports regarding a six-month contract have come after Queretaro ruled themselves out of a move for Valdes.
For United, the only way a six-month deal for Valdes would make any sense is if Anders Lindegaard is to leave in January because Valdes would be able to come straight into the side as second choice behind David de Gea.
However, if the Dane remains at the club, a short-term deal for Valdes would leave United with too many goalkeepers.
As always, we’ll follow all the latest reports and rumours on Valdes to keep you up-to-date on his future. With the January transfer window coming up, there may well be some movement.
