Manchester United midfield target Enzo Perez is set to finalise a move to Valencia after returning to Lisbon with his agent.
The move could be sealed as soon as next week according to Record despite rumours linking with the Argentine international with Old Trafford.
The 28-year-old has been linked with the Spanish giants for a while now and it appears the deal is reaching a conclusion with Louis van Gaal set to miss out on the talented midfielder.

It will be another blow to van Gaal after United missed out on deals for Arturo Vidal and Kevin Strootman in the summer but it does mean United can now go and concentrate on other targets, including renewing their ever-present interest in the AS Roma midfielder.
Perez has shown his undoubted quality in recent years, helping Benfica do well in Europe and he deputised several times for current United star Angel Di Maria during the 2014 World Cup, starting in his absence against Germany in the final.
His agent was also seen with another client upon their return to Lisbon, Benfica’s other star man Nico Gaitan. The attacking player has also been linked with a move to Manchester over the years but it is speculated he could join his team mate in Valencia during the January transfer window.
