Anderson could soon be on his way out of Manchester United after reports from Brazil emerged suggesting Internacional are negotiating a deal with the misfit midfielder which could be worth €3.5m.
Picked up by ESPN Brazil and the British press, Brazilian side Inter want to sign the midfielder and that Anderson wants to return to Brazil in order to be closer to his family but negotiations have stumbled over his £700,000 a month wage demands.
Earlier this month, there was no interest in Anderson from any clubs which indicates either the situation has changed or that Man United have bought out Anderson’s contract meaning there would be no fee involved for any club who wanted to sign him. However, if that isn’t the case, there would certainly be no difficulty in negotiations as Man United are desperate to get rid of Anderson.
It’s hard to imagine that Anderson is still only 26, so although his career at Man United is over, he still has so many years left ahead of him if he wanted to apply himself and kick-start his career once again back in his home country.
Anderson has no future at Man United and his exit to the club was inevitable but if these reports are correct, there’s a possibility he could leave in January rather than the summer which would be a pleasant surprise.
