Radamel Falcao has had a tough time at Manchester United so far having been on the wrong end of some criticism that he simply hasn’t been playing well enough.
He had the perfect opportunity to turn that negativity around when he was put through one-on-one with Adrian but the Colombian completely fluffed his lines and fired a shot completely wide.
It was a terrible finish, there’s no two ways about it. For a striker who is considered one of the most lethal predators inside the 18-yard box, it was a shocking attempt and fans were understandably frustrated at his poor attempt on goal:
Falcao's off in the summer and we wont miss him one bit tbh

If ever a passage of play summed up Falcao's time at United it was that.

Falcao. Can you miss something you never had?

Falcao's hold up play and general all round play is actually really good. He just can't score at the moment, which is what he's judged on.

What a terrible finish that was from Falcao. Embarrassing finish.

No way in hell we should buy Falcao this summer. He has been crap

If there was ever a chance to convince Louis not to sign Falcao, that was it.

Falcao is gone

At the end of the day, Falcao will be judged on his goals because that’s why he was signed by Louis van Gaal on loan. In that regard, he’s not doing enough to convince Van Gaal that he deserves a permanent move to Old Trafford.
Falcao’s improved movement from recent games also disappeared against West Ham which was a surprise to see. We’ve praised Falcao when he has done well but in this case it is some deserved criticism. For a player renowned for his finishing ability, it was such a poor miss.
