West Ham vs Man Utd: Team line-ups – Attacking side from Van Gaal

De Gea, Valencia, Jones, Rojo, Shaw, Blind, Rooney, Januzaj, Di Maria, Falcao, van Persie

Valdes, Smalling, McNair, Fellaini, Herrera, Mata, Wilson

Louis van Gaal has gone with an attacking line-up for Manchester United’s game against West Ham today.

Leaving Marouane Fellaini on the bench, it’s a bold move from Van Gaal to go with such an attacking starting XI and it’s certainly what Man United fans wanted to see.

There’s plenty of pace in the side with Adnan Januzaj and Angel di Maria both starting and that’s something United have lacked in recent games.

It’s going to be a tough game today but Van Gaal’s decision to go with such an attacking line-up indicates he has got plenty of confidence that Man United can come away with three points from Upton Park.

Kick-off is at 4.10pm. Live on Sky Sports.
