Manchester United’s Timothy Fosu-Mensah is in action with the Netherlands U17s squad tonight in their U17s European Championship game against Belgium.
Fosu-Mensah missed Man United’s U18s game at the weekend as he is away on international duty and fans will be keen to see how the 17-year-old gets on with the Netherlands.
Having captained them through a flawless qualification group, the Netherlands drew with Northern Ireland 1-1 three days ago, so will want to secure three points tonight.
Here is the Netherlands U17s line-up to face Belgium: Bijlow, Troupee, Fosu-Mensah, De Lange, Van Drongelen, Bijleveld, Boultam, Eiting, Grot, Robertha, Dilrosun
Whilst youngsters are usually kept out of the spotlight, Fosu-Mensah has been praised by coaches at United for his impact since joining from Ajax and the summer.
Fosu-Mensah has been extremely impressive with Paul McGuinness’ U18s this season so hopefully will be able to maintain that sort of form into the international scene.
