David de Gea has been Manchester United’s most important player so far this season and he’ll have to be on top form once again for Sunday’s trip to face Liverpool.
He was almost untested last week against Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford but an away day at Anfield is going to be a different game altogether.
Liverpool are the Premier League’s most in-form team and the likes of Sterling, Sturridge, Coutinho and Henderson are going to make plenty of opportunities. United may have one of the best defensive records but that’s because De Gea has been sensational in goal rather than the defence stopping chances being made in the first place.
