Marouane Fellaini happy with another three points for Manchester United

Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini believes the 3-1 victory against Aston Villa on Saturday has set his side up perfectly for the Manchester derby next week.

Ander Herrera scored twice either side of a superb Wayne Rooney strike to seal an important three points for Man United.

The result left United third in the Premier League, one point ahead of Manchester City who have a game in hand.

Fellaini was pleased with the win ahead of a big game against City next weekend:

United have been criticised at numerous points over the course of the campaign but a win over City would give fans confidence of finishing second in the league.

However, Louis van Gaal and his side will know that they cannot get too ahead of themselves. A top four finish is a priority for United and it is important that they focus on it. With Liverpool losing against Arsenal, the signs are looking good for the Old Trafford outfit.
