Manchester United have handed trials to highly-rated MK Dons duo Luke Tingey and Kyran Wiltshire, according to MailOnline.
Tingey hit the headlines last month when he scored a fantastic 40 yard free-kick against Swindon Town in a 5-3 win for MK Dons U18s.
Meanwhile, Wiltshire has had a lot of faith placed in him having been included in Karl Robinson’s first-team squad last summer for the team’s pre-season friendlies.
Tingey and Wiltshere, both aged 18-years-old, will spend a few days at Man United’s Carrington training ground before coaches decide whether they have the quality to make it at the club.
United are on the lookout for talented youngsters to boost squad numbers ahead of next season’s UEFA U19 Youth League competition.
Louis van Gaal has shown during his brief time in charge of the club that he is not afraid to throw youngsters in at the deep end. The perfect example of this was his use of the impressive Paddy McNair against Chelsea last weekend.
