Radamel Falcao set to start against Arsenal

by Sam Peoples

Louis van Gaal is set to give Radamel Falcao a rare start in today’s game against Arsenal.

With Wayne Rooney out injured, Van Gaal was always going to make a change up front but choosing Falcao over Robin van Persie would be an interesting development, so long as the Dutch striker was available for selection.

Red News are reporting the early information about Falcao and having been right on 16/16 occasions this season, it would come as a surprise at this stage of the year to find their source has lost their touch.

Is it too late for Falcao to make any sort of impression which could effect his future at Man United? With only two games left before the season ends, it certainly looks that way but he’ll still be desperate to show he hasn’t completely lost his touch in front of goal.

United have been very limp in attack this season without an in-form Rooney and up against a strong Arsenal side keen to snatch second place from Manchester City, now is the time for Falcao to step up to the plate and make himself heard.
