For the majority of fans, the thought of United returning to the Champions League seems to be the most exciting one.
A club of United’s stature simply cannot afford to miss out on Europe’s elite competition two years in a row so it was imperative that they finished in the top four of the Premier League last term.
The likes of Ilkay Gundogan and Nathaniel Clyne have been linked with moves to Old Trafford and European football will be a big pull for them. With a few good signings, next season is set to be a memorable one for United.
